To offer safe and secure road service, we are handling the maintenance of the roads daily.

Patrol

We collect information and take actions when necessary to discover early critical factors such as abnormalities, damages, obstructions and so forth to try to preserve the roads.

Cleaning

Road cleaning

For safe and secure use of the roads and to improve travelling satisfaction and the roadside environment, we clean up the roads to prevent skidding accidents caused by earth and sand, withered leaves and so forth, and sediment from the clogging of drainage ditches, which have accumulated on the roads.

Drainage Structure Cleaning

Depending on the situation of sediment deposition and so forth, we clean up the drainage structures once a year by and large. Also, we do so appropriately, regardless of the requirement above, in exceptional cases such as situations that are dangerous for traffic safety.

Weeding

To prevent the occurrence of obstacles within structures due to the proliferation of weeds and to ensure visibility for passing vehicles, we limit weed extraction and eradicate the weeds to a minimal extent.

Pruning

We prune plantings to secure safe passage, improve the roadside environment, and in the case of the obscurity of road signs due to planting overgrowth, or when the visibility of vehicles entering and leaving from the roadside is inadequate.
